Haiiiii peopleeee it's me again today Imma speak about something that I'm recently starting to recover of is diets/eating disorder... Soo I'm still recovering of the eating disorder I started dieting full on about two years ago but now it got out of control I started to eat less and be tired all the time! And as a competitive soccer player it wasn't good so a few days ago I decided to put myself back on track! I have one cheat day per week, and I eat clean all week so I can eat healthier and ya know but not fully dieting I used to watch calories and stuff and make sure not to eat a red light (cause I used kurbo) but now I have more freedom of what I can eat so that's what a day looks like - breakfast : coffee or tea (w no sugar), toast, some kind of fruit or veggie, and an egg - morning snack : Popcorn, and fruits - lunch : a healthy snandwich and some kinds of fruit - Afternoon snack : yogurt or bar w fruit or veggies - and for dinner whatever my mom makes : but before I would eat alot less I have a planner and a journal so I would write what I would eat in advance on the planner for a week and after a week I write how I did and stuff in the planner! Before this is what it looked like - breakfast : toast and egg - morning snack fruit - lunch : soup or a small healthy sandwich - afternoon snack : fruit - supper a very small portion of what my mom would make - so that wasn't enough right ? I know but now I eat more normal but still dieting-ish for me now it's alot easier like this as it's just more flexible and stuff!!! But yeah thats it for today but yeahhh this was a little of my dieting experience!!!
